Can I return my order, get a refund, and keep my free totebag?
No, unfortunately that’s not possible. The Totebag is only free if your order exceeds 1.000 DKK.
If you return part of your order and choose to keep the totebag, causing your final order value to fall below the minimum amount, 249 DKK (the value of the totebag) will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to return your order and receive a full refund, the free totebag must also be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
