Please use our return form to return an order via a GLS parcel shop near you.

You need your order number (EU-XXXX) and email used for ordering.

If you wish to exchange your product to another, please return the ordered product and place a new order.

If you are experiencing issues, please contact us at support@blshafnia.com. The price for using our portal is 4 EUR in Denmark and 7 EUR outside Denmark. The amount will be deducted from the original order amount.

If you do not wish to use our return form, please save the receipt to be able to track the parcel.
