If you want to exchange your product/s to another size, style or color please place an new order and make a return of your product/s through our return form. Please click here and return your products: https://blshafnia.com/returns-form/ – We cover the expenses for your return.
When we receive your package in our warehouse the amount will be credited back to your account/card that is used to purchase the order with. Items/products being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging.
BLS HAFNIA does not refund shipping cost on your order.
We offer a 14 day return policy on the delivered item / product on the day on which the purchased item has been delivered and received.
Please note that we don’t offer return on underwear and swimwear because of hygienic issues.
Please notify that all orders on our webshop are inclusive 25% danish VAT.
Delivery within Denmark takes approx. 1-3 work days. You will receive an email with order confirmation as soon as you place the order and an email when the order is sent. You will get notified by sms when the order is in the parcelshop.
Delivery outside of Denmark takes 5-7 work days.
During the busy season such as Christmas and Black Friday orders can take extra time to be delivered.
