Terms & conditions

The below general terms & conditions apply to all agreements concluded between any legal entity of BLS Hafnia (the “Seller”) and the Buyer (the “Customer”) on the delivery of goods and services (the “Products”) by the Seller.

All orders are shipped with the company GLS ( General Logistic Services) and are delivered via services GLS Parcelshop, GLS Business, or GLS private delivery.


Please notify that all orders on our webshop are with 25% danish VAT. All prices are shown in EUR currency on the website.

By paying for an order on the website, an order confirmation will be sent to you. When we have registered your payment, the order will be packed and sent.

We use Stripe and Clearhaus as our payment methods. You can pay using MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, and Mobilepay.

When refunding it is not possible to transfer the money back to another account than the one linked to the card used at purchase.

Warranty information

Any errors or defects in the delivered items/products from the website must be invoked and be enforced against the BLS Hafnia group within 2 months after the error/defect has been discovered.

Contacting BLS Hafnia is demanded if an eventual error/defect has been discovered. The customer is held accountable if failing to contact BLS Hafnia in the time period noted and is basically unenforceable 2 years after the delivery has been made.

Returns / exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy on the delivered item/product on the day on which the purchased item has been delivered and received. If you want to return your purchased items/products BLS Hafnia must be informed and it will be returned within 14 days.

If you want to exchange your products for another size, style, or color please place a new order and make a return of your product/s through our return form.

The freight price is 4 EUR and will be deducted from the total amount when we credit.

Items/products being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging.

As a customer, you are responsible to follow the washing instructions and we don’t refund or exchange if you don’t.

If the above is to be met, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned order.

BLS HAFNIA does not refund the shipping cost of your order. 

Gift cards

Gift cards purchased on blshafnia.com can only be used on the website and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing a gift card.

Privacy statement

Information about your name, address, phone number, etc. Is treated confidentially and thus used only when we operate your order. Legal requirements say that we may store your personal information for up to five years.

BLS Hafnia is responsible for the handling of personal data; therefore the data is stored on a secure server. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. PayPal and Epay are our payment solutions, which means that BLS Hafnia do not handle your data stated by the use of debit cards.


We take reservations for errors and deficiencies in prices and descriptions and availability.

For special limited collections, we reserve the right to cancel and reject orders due to high demand. In addition, we can cancel orders that do not comply with the rules on the maximum number of purchases.
Be aware that delivery times might be longer.
