Denmark:

Delivery within Denmark takes approx. 1-3 work days. You will receive an email with order confirmation as soon as you place the order and an email when the order is sent. You will get notified by sms when the order is in the parcelshop.

All orders are shipped with the company GLS and are delivered via these three options in Denmark:

We offer free shipping on all orders over 40 EUR to a parcelshop in Denmark or for delivery to a company.

– GLS Pakkeshop – 4 EUR - Free over 40 EUR
– GLS Erhverv – 4 EUR - Free over 40 EUR
– GLS Private – 7 EUR
- GLS Europe - 20 EUR

EU:

Delivery outside of Denmark takes 5-7 work days. We also ship to the following EU countries with GLS EUROPE for the amount of EUR 20,-

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia, and Spain.

During the busy season such as Christmas and Black Friday orders can take extra time to be delivered. BLS HAFNIA does not refund the shipping cost of your order.

Return Policy

Return/Exchange:

If you want to exchange your product/s for another size, style, or color please place a new order and make a return of your product/s by our return section please click here.

Use your order number and email address to receive the return label.

The return label will be sent to your email. If you can’t find the email please check your spam filter or contact our support team.

When we receive your package in our warehouse the amount will be credited back to your account/card that is used to purchase the order. The amount will be credited within 3-5 workdays. It cost 4 EUR to use our return section and this amount will be deducted from the amount when we credit.

Condition:

Items/products being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging.

Return:

We offer a 14-day return policy on the delivered item/product on the day on which the purchased item has been delivered and received.

If you return an item, please make sure to get a receipt of shipment to use in case the package gets lost.
