Which shipping carriers do you ship with?
All orders are shipped with the company GLS ( General Logistic Services) and are delivered via services GLS Parcelshop, GLS Business or GLS private delivery.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery within Denmark takes approx. 1-3 work days. You will receive an email with order confirmation as soon as you place the order and an email when the order is sent. Delivery outside of Denmark takes  5-7 workdays. During the busy season such as Christmas and Black Friday orders can take extra time to be delivered. Do you ship to other countries than Denmark?
Yes - We ship to other countries within EU with GLS. You can see the full list here. Shipping outside of Denmark cost 149 DKK. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain and United Kingdom
How do I change/cancel my order?
If you want to change/cancel your order after placement you need to contact [email protected] - Our customer support will cancel your order even if you want to change to another size. You must then make a new order on our website with correct style and size. Remember to write name and order number on email. We strive to pack your order right after placement as we want to deliver as quickly as possible. We can therefore not guarantee that we can stop the order from being send.
How do I know where my order is?
You will receive an email when the order is send from our warehouse and an notification per sms when the package is ready to be picked up from the parcel shop. Remember to bring the package number that is in the sms and photo ID when you pick up the parcel. 
I didn’t make it to pick up my package in the parcelshop within the 10 days?
It’s your responsibility to pick up the package within 10 days as the parcelshops only have limited space and therefore cannot store them for an extended period of time. If the package is not picked up the parcelshop send it back to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to contact us via [email protected] if you haven’t picked up your package in time from the parcelshop.

Return & Exchange

Can I exchange my purchase?
You can not exchange the product to another size and style. You should send it back through our return section - Click here - and you will be credited the amount to your account. Then you need to place a new order with the correct style and size on our webshop. 
How do I return my purchase?
You should use our return form and send it back from a GLS Parcel shop near you. It’s free to send your items back to us if you use our return section. Click here
When do I receive the money back?
When we receive your package in our warehouse the amount will be credited back to your account/card that is used to purchase the order with. Items /products being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging. It is not possible to get transfered your money back to another account than the card used for the purchase on the website due to safety reasons.
What should I do if I have received wrong/defect items?
If the item is defect or you have not received what you have purchased, you must contact our customer support on [email protected] - Remember to inform your name and order number on the mail and we will contact you as soon as possible with a purpose on a solution. Can i pick up or return my order back to the address that is on your website if i show up in person?
No - It is not possible to pick up or return orders/items by person by showing up on the address. You should use our return section and deliver it to the closest parcelshop. Find the nearest GLS parcel shop here: 
Is it possible for me to return/exchange my purchase made on in a physical store/stockist that is selling your brand?
No - It is not possible to return/exchange a item bought on our website in a physical store that sells our brand and vice versa. Items bought online on our webshop have to be returned to us. Items bought at stockist selling our brand must be returned to them. Please use our return section for returns.
